Article 1: Vehicle Use

The Renter and any authorized driver (designated in the contract) must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle as a "good family man" and to respect the Tunisian Highway Code. Strictly prohibited: participation in competitions or rallies, paid transport of persons or goods, subletting, driving on unpaved roads, pushing or towing another vehicle, or use for illegal purposes. The Renter agrees not to allow the vehicle to be driven by persons other than those approved in the contract. It is forbidden to transfer, sell, or mortgage the vehicle or its accessories. During any stop, the vehicle must be closed and locked, and vehicle documents must never be left inside.

Article 2: Vehicle Condition

The vehicle is delivered to the Renter in perfect operating condition, bodywork and cleanliness, with all its documents, keys and accessories (including spare wheel and tools). A Vehicle Condition Sheet is established contradictorily and signed by both parties at the time of delivery. The Renter must report any apparent defect not recorded before departure. Otherwise, the vehicle is deemed to be in perfect condition. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received. All restoration costs (damage, excessive dirt) resulting from fault or negligence of the Renter, and not covered by insurance, will be at their expense.
