When you request a quote, make a booking or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information related to your rental (chosen vehicle, dates, pickup location, additional notes). No banking data is collected or stored on our site.
This data is used exclusively to process your quote request or booking, to contact you regarding your rental, and for customer follow-up (billing, support). It is never used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Our site uses Google Analytics to measure site traffic and Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These tools place cookies in your browser. You may refuse or delete these cookies at any time via your browser settings, without affecting your ability to use the site or make a booking.
Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary for the service to function: our image storage host (ImageKit.io) for displaying vehicle photos, and our email delivery provider for booking confirmations. These providers are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
Your booking data is kept for as long as necessary for the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal and accounting obligations in force in Tunisia. Quote requests that do not result in a booking are deleted after 24 months.
